The candidate has an excellent quality to communicate across the teams. He can lead his employee companion and bevme a wonderful leader who works strategically to achieve the orga.izational goals. The people are very silent when he speaks, also when whenever he passes the information by writing or through emails. He explains the work quite well within the system and the organization.
